Data Deletion Instructions
We believe you should have full control over your data. Follow the instructions below to remove your information from our platform.
1. Account Deletion Request
To completely delete your S2DIO ERA account and all associated personal data, please send an email to connect@s2dioera.com from your registered email address with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. Our team will process this within 48 hours.
2. Disconnecting Instagram / Facebook
If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to your influencer profile, you can remove our app's access directly through Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations. Find 'S2DIO ERA Connect' and click 'Remove'.
3. Unsubscribing from Communications
If you simply wish to stop receiving marketing emails or WhatsApp updates, you can click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of our emails, or reply 'STOP' to our WhatsApp messages.
4. What Data is Retained?
Upon account deletion, all personal profiles, portfolios, and connected accounts are permanently removed from our active databases. However, basic booking history records may be retained temporarily for legal and tax compliance purposes.
