Understand the rules and guidelines that govern the S2DIO ERA ecosystem to ensure a safe and professional experience.

General Terms

S2DIO ERA acts as an intermediary platform connecting clients with photographers, videographers, and studios — not as a direct service provider.

Users must be 18+ years to create an account and make bookings.

All bookings are subject to creator/studio availability and confirmed only after payment.

S2DIO ERA reserves the right to suspend or remove any creator or client account for policy violations, fraud, or misconduct.

Clients may not directly contact or re-hire creators outside the platform discovered through S2DIO ERA (off-platform dealing is prohibited).

S2DIO ERA is not liable for the quality of final deliverables — it facilitates booking only.

Any disputes between client and creator must first go through S2DIO ERA's resolution process.

Pricing listed on the platform is inclusive of platform fees unless stated otherwise.

S2DIO ERA reserves the right to modify pricing, listings, and features at any time without prior notice.

Use of platform content, creator profiles, and images is strictly for booking purposes — not for redistribution.

Delivered photos/videos remain the intellectual property of the creator unless a full rights transfer is agreed upon in writing.

Clients receive a personal/commercial usage license based on the package booked.

Creators may use shoot samples in their portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality at the time of booking.

S2DIO ERA may feature shoot samples, reviews, and creator work on its website and social media for promotional use.

Clients must not resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw files without the creator's written consent.

Any brand/logo appearing in shoot content remains the property of the respective brand.

Creators must honor confirmed bookings — repeated cancellations will result in account suspension.

Creators are responsible for delivering agreed deliverables (photos/videos/reels) within the committed timeline.

All creators on S2DIO ERA must maintain professional conduct with clients at all times.

Sharing client contact details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Creators must keep their availability calendar updated to avoid double bookings.

S2DIO ERA takes a platform commission on each booking — creators agree to this upon registration.

Any attempt to divert bookings off-platform will result in permanent account termination.

Studios must ensure their listed amenities, props, and equipment are available and functional at the time of booking.
