1. Platform Role

S2DIO ERA acts as a marketplace connecting customers with photographers, videographers, and studios. We do not directly provide services.

2. Creator (Studio/Photographer) Terms

• Must provide accurate profile, pricing & portfolio
• Must honor confirmed bookings
• Late cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension
• Must maintain quality standards
• Direct deal bypassing platform is strictly prohibited

3. Customer Terms

• Must provide accurate booking details
• Advance payment may be required
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges
• Must cooperate during shoot

4. Payments

• Platform may charge service/commission fee
• Payments can be split (advance + remaining)
• Refunds depend on cancellation policy

S2DIO ERA is not liable for:

• Quality disputes
• Delays or cancellations

However, we may assist in resolution.

7. Content Rights

• Customer owns final delivered content unless agreed otherwise
• Creators can use content for portfolio unless restricted

8. Ratings & Reviews

• Both parties can rate each other
• Fake reviews or manipulation leads to removal

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend users for:

• Fraud
• Misconduct
• Policy violation

10. Platform Fees

• S2DIO ERA may charge service fees from creators or customers
• Fees can change anytime

11. Dispute Resolution

• Platform will act as mediator
• Final decision rests with S2DIO ERA
